This month’s program will be showcased by Creative Quiltworks Summer
Challenge Show-n-Tell and our annual “What I Did On My Summer Vacation”
Show-n-Tell.
This October 22nd a Mystery Bus Shop Hop has been planned. We need to have
a head count as soon as possible, so please stop by and sign up.
The Get-a-way weekend will be held on March 2, 3 & 4, 2012 (Please note the
new dates). Please stop by and register. A $50 deposit is due at the November
meeting.
Next month at our October meeting we will be having a “Fall Fashion Show”
M.C’d by our own Lori Sue McNeely! Were looking for quilted clothing, jackets,
aprons, kitchen items, totes, bags…anything you would wish to model. Please
turn in a 3x5 card with your name, a description to what you will be “modeling”
and a few words behind its creation.
Creative Quiltworks will be announcing the September project.
We will also have patterns and instructions for our Christmas stocking, Bear and
(new this year) pillowcase for those who need them. For all our new members,
these will be explained at our September meeting.
And finally, we will be having Quilters Common as our vendor.
